I've created a view, with exposed filter, in blocks.

When hovering over these blocks the 'Configure' link is not shown.

Views provides three links 'Edit', 'Export' and 'Clone', block_edit adds 'Configure' but in the sidebar this was wrapped and being displayed under the exposed filter label... this patch adds some CSS that removes the right margin and width from the div that contains the links list.
