Preset UI and Better Support for Programmed Presets

Two things that I was just htinking about how we can support for programmed presets better:

1) The Preset UI form should pass along the map it originally gets. This can take into account if there are parts in the map that the interface cannot support, such as event.

2) ImageCache has a hook that allows for modules to provide presets. We should provide this. It should not be difficult.
