Can this be used for multiple nodes?

Hello,

It looks like all of the graph data has to be in one node from the docs. I would like to be able to create a dynamic graph based on node relationships. That is, something like creating a view or taxonomy structure, that would dynamically display the relationships between the nodes in a graph. So, you could show a subset of the graph via a view or filter.... Can this be done and a pointer would be appreciated. Thanks.
