Blocks in theme display incorrectly after successful import

I have successfully imported a few wordpress xml files now, and this last one gave me some issues. After the successful import, my site now displays the blog entries, but the white background is gone, and the menue that should show up on the sidebar shows up at the bottom of all the entries, in the main content area. I haven't modified the theme files at all, and it shows up correctly in the admin area.
