I made a slight change to the members.module file to link to a members personal photo gallery if you have the "image" module installed. I've attached the patched version of the module file.

was looking for something like this. One quick question though, is there anyway to only show the "this user's gallery" if there is in fact pictures in the gallery? Our site has a couple thousand registered users and only a handfull of them have image galleries.

You can go there from the user profile page, which is the most common page you'd want to link to or that people would expect to be linked to.
