Which part should we add to the adv help?

I don't know how effective that handbook entry is. It gives a nice overview but then encourages the user to grab two modules and kind of leaves at that.

I followed this recipe with much success, it might make more sense to combine the two for the adv help.

added to 6.x-3.x, but 7.x has had some changes around taxonomy and those changes need to be reviewed to make sure this is still accurate.
