Incompatible with Vertical Tabs

The Comment Form has the tabs from the Vertical Tabs module. Incidentally, they do not work. This should not appear in the form.

I'd like to see the casetracker fields put into a fieldset anyway, pulling such a fieldset for case comment forms would be a clean fix.
