Issues With Title Attributes and Hover

I use Nice Menu's on lots of sites, and have noticed a consistent issue, when hovering over a menu item, specifically in drop downs, when you hover until the Title appears then move the mouse the dropped down menu disappears.

If a menu item has no title attribute this does not happen.
