Can this module provide tiered volume discounts? We have been able to do it with the uc_discounts module but that one is apparently abandoned in favor of this module, though there is no apparent condition that measures the quantity of an item.

Good question. I know that uc_discounts_alt does, which in fact seems like a rip of uc_discounts, except that the former is still in active development.
