You should include additional modules as prerequisites in your REadme.txt - because Modal Frame API requires jQuery UI onBeforeUnload API, and jQuery Update.

I believe it's not a good idea to include in the README indirect requirements, because the modules directly required by this one, may change, so I would have to update the README here everytime other modules directly required change their own requirements.

...or is it me that I forgot to include in the required modules something that's directly required here? :-/ If so, please re-open.

Also, it seems to me this was really a "feature request" that ends up as "won't fix" for the reasons explained in #1.
