When the vertical module is enabled, the vertical tabs aren't rendered in the right column.
They where just commented into core in drupal 7 so this might be a good idea..

Oh dear, my very first issue. Congrats! :-)

So yeah, I noticed too that any new fieldset that gets added by a contrib module is put in the default position, beneath the body field.
I have no idea how to fix that. My PHP skills are very close to zero.

Not sure if the right column should be the default place for *all* fieldsets though.

Anyway, thanks for checking out the theme.
