I activated this module in the administer>modules list, and when I went back to "input formats" it was not available as an option. I added a BBcode option, enabled it for all users, and it is still inoperable. Any suggestions?

Please disregard, this module has activated now. Dunno why, but if it's not broken, don't fix it, right?
