Promotional links hard coded into page.tpl.php

Users should be aware that the version of this theme downloaded from the vendors site contains a number of hard coded promotional links.

The developer has attempted to comment these out but their implementation of php comments are broken so the the links show.

Links are also included in the footer which you are required to keep.
