Hi,
i just noticed that if i have a node type that contains the cck field "link" and matrix, the matrix wont be shown on node display if (and only then) a valid link is entered in the "link" field.

i confirmed this in my local install and a live test site by step-by-step recreating the node type.

any ideas how to fix it?

There are some viewing issues with 1.4. Please try the 2.x-dev versions. It both fixes this and gives you loads of new options. Even if it is a dev versions it can be used in a live site.

latest dev version works fine for me.
i didnt want to use it because it had some wired behavior with required fields on ym localhost but now it works fine.
