I got the message

and I can't get it work.

I can confirm the same issue - after installing the module and clicking to admin/content/content_teaser is writes this:

warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /var/www/drupal6/sites/default/modules/cck_teaser/cck_teaser.module on line 169.
