This modules creates the pdf but it is not following the template guidelines. It seems to just randomly dump the information on the left hand side of the page.

This is a great module I just need to know how to fix this issue!

Hmm... it looks like the CSS is not found? Does this happen with the default template?

If not, maybe your html code is not valid? Forgotten an end tag or something..
