No matter what i try to do, log in or anonymous or anyother setting that i put in place i get the error

Please provide details of the settings for the coupon in question so I can try to reproduce this.

I got it to work, i dont know but the expiration date changed when i submitted it, but then i tried again and one more time and after that the expiration date stayed as i set it. Sweet it works! Thanks for the help
