Very minor, but it appears that the default send interval is not working for user1. Always defaults to the first interval in the list instead.
(My default is set to 1 hour, but user1 always defaulted to "never" until I removed that interval... now defaults to "immediate").
Seems to work fine for other accounts.

i thought i was going crazy. thanks for pointing out that this is what is happening for me.

i am able to set the interval but it my notifications always end up in the queue as the first interval (immediate in my case).
