The _g2_initial function also returns the titles of unpublished entries, which causes them to be displayed on the <drupal>/g2/initial/{initial} page.

Same bug in _g2_random, _g2_wotd and theme_g2_entries.

For _g2_top, where this is also present, the issue is moot, since an unpublished node may well have been published previously and have climbed to the top: its current status is therefore irrelevant.
