Simple enough, I've received a feature request from a client to allow customers to enter a PO number for an order regardless of the payment method used at checkout. Expect to see this in the 6--2 branch soon.

Alrighty, this code is committed for testing in the 2.x-dev branch. It's a new checkout pane and order pane with updates to where the PO number is stored on the order object and accommodations for when the checkout pane and payment method are both enabled.
