I really need my comments to have automatic titles too, infact I want them to have the same title as the node or even have the capability to increment eg. #1, #2 etc. Is that possible with this module or any other accompanying module. If not I would loove if someone could provide a patch - a 5.x one prefereably.

you may want to take a look at comment_subject. Also, check patch

Maybe it's for D6, but it might help...
