Impending change to Google referer

Google has announced that they are going to change the referer that they use from example:
http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=flowers&btnG=Google+Search
to:
http://www.google.com/url?sa=t&source=web&ct=res&cd=7&url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.example.com%2Fmypage.htm&q=flowers

The main change being www.google.com/search becoming www.google.com/url

This change is likely to break most versions of this module.
