Sorry if this has been issued before. Is it possible to hide comments, path, submission, etc. for some roles?
After hours looking couldn't discover how to do it, in settings, permissions, or module.
Can someone please spare this miserable newbie?

Hiding the elements entirely is outside the scope of this module, which merely affects elements that are displayed, it doesn't hide them entirely. Usually you can hide individual fieldsets by reducing the permissions to those modules.
