I have some book pages, and I've enabled the book block, but nothing happens, i.e. the block is not shown.

Seems I created an issue at the same time as this one :-) We'll make this the primary thread, what I posted in the other.

Using the latest CVS I'm running into some buggy behavior with showing a book navigation block.

To reproduce: enable the book.module, enable the book block, then create a new book with 2 sample pages. Book navigation shows up when on those pages, however, nothing shows on the page. I tried setting this book navigation to only show on the page but it doesn't appear at all.

Clicking on other nodes and around the admin area, it seems this book navigation doesn't always appear. Not sure exactly what is causing this.

Popular content works, forgot to configure it (it could have at least one subblock enabled).

Book block still does not work.

Hmm, I can't reproduce this. When I enable the book navigation block, it appears whenever I'm looking at a book page.

Using CVS HEAD, PHP 5.0.4, MySQL 4.1.16

Ignore the last comment, I hadn't read the other post properly.

Perhaps this is a stupid question, but you're not expecting to see the book block except while you're looking at a book page, right?

I still can't reproduce this. Marking as won't fix.
