I'm sorry, this is the 1st time I use CVS, and I dont know how to remove this file :(

i think you can just make another version and recommend people use that one? or you could contact the cvs admin

Yes, I would also recommend rolling a 1.1 release or something - if people are using plugin_manager, there is no indication of why the theme does not show up.
