Name of the top taxonomy term [term] is working ok. But I have nodes which belongs to several vocabularies - how can I show title like this:

My page title - Top taxonomy term this node belongs to - Second taxonomy term this node belongs to | My site name

I believe that is a feature request for Token which I believe already exists... See #224597: If multiple terms exist, provide a token for all terms selected (all, or all in a vocab)
