Is there a way to activate SWF Tools for two types of nodes?

One that is for Flash movies and the other - Music.
This is critical, help please!

You don't really "activate" SWF Tools for any node type. SWF Tools provides mechanism to display flash content, mp3 and flv, but you need to tell SWF Tools what do, by using the input filter or PHP, or by integrating it with CCK.
