Shannon, you can just go to the CVS access tab of your project and add CrashTest_. That's all that needs to be done! I went ahead and made the change for you, but now you know. :)

Nevermind...CrashTest_ already has CVS commit access to the project.

I thought something more needed to be done to give him the ability to edit the project page and create releases?

Nope. Once someone has been added in the CVS access tab, they can edit the project page and add releases. Would like to have CrashTest_ confirm this.
