I was using CSV export on a view of user data (node profile data), but I don't like the comma seperated values in CSV so much. The result of a large data export in this way is pretty unusable and unreadable.

Is it possible that when you select CSV export, that all the data gets separated in cells and columns?

This would be a very handy feature! Thanks a lot!

I think I can import the CSV file, and then columns are generated.

I have the same issue, and I need to have the commas present in the generated file. Has there been a patch developed for this?

Sorry, my mistake. I thought this was part of the 6.x version.
