how to access the module from the frontpage???

Create a link in your menu, on a page, in a block, in your header or footer...

Use taxonomy_vtn/voc/# to access the list of terms of vocabulary '#'. For instance, on my Linux page I use this:

http://linux.m2osw.com/taxonomy_vtn/voc/1

The link in a menu should never include the protocol and domain name, however (in case you wanted to move your site some day.)
