core marvin theme requires chameleon theme enabled for navigation to appear

drupal cvs downloaded 2005-12-5
enabling theme marvin and setting it to default results in loss of all standard left bar content - navigation, login, etc.
if theme chameleon is enabled but not default,
marvin will now display side content
