Better theming experience

Just a reminder to myself about some better theming options:

- make $node available to the block.tpl.php
- add $nodeblock context to node.tpl.php so a node can be themed differently when in a block context
- possibly provide a default block.tpl.php that only shows the node output
- provide better docs for the whole process
