Some form of a feature, that allows an announcement to be at the top of the storiespage. So that when people comes to the website, there will be an announcement (welcoming screen) at the top of the page, no matter how many stories are quequed later.

Or a feature that sets a story outside the date sortorder, so that it stays at the top until it is put back in the date sortorder again. Rather this in fact...
