The FCK Editor will not appear in the Salamander Skins Theme. It works okay in Garland. It would be great to have this solved as the Salamander Skins is a great theme for my project. Thanks!

I posted about 5 minutes before I found the solution! After a few hours of searching.

Add this line to the bottom of the page.tpl.php file ( after the last

tag):

print $closure;

It works!
