Print $picture; From User Module on specific Place.

I am creating a theme for drupal. I want to show the user picture beside the page name. but only on user profile page.

Can any body help me?

I have created a page page-user.tpl.php and a page node-profile.tpl.php

The problem is that the picture is in some where in node-profile.tpl.php I am unable to find out the picture's variable. and the page title is in page-user.tpl.php file.

The picture is uploaded from user profile. I am using drupal6.9
