I have created a view and then added the CSV file argument. When logged in as user 1 I can see the CSV icon under my table and export the data. However when creating a new role and assigning it the "export views" permission and logging in as a user under that role the icon is no longer displayed. I tried assigning the "export views" to anonymous and/or authenticated user with the same result. I also assigned every permission to the role I originally assigned "export views" to but still no luck.

This version of Views Bonus Pack is not supported anymore. The issue is closed for this reason.
Please upgrade to a supported version and feel free to reopen the issue on the new version if applicable.
