Block title bars display weird

please check out www.unitehere2.org and notice the "Blocks title bars" on the right side of the screen, in Firefox they don't look like they're supposed to, the middle of the bar seems to "drop down" from the bar (like the ones on the left side of the screen). Any idea why this is happening? Any recommendations to fix this?

Seems to only do it in Firefox, IE displays fine. Prior to this specific issue, the text in the bars used to appear in a smaller font.

Note: To my knowledge I have not been playing with the theme code.
