Not sure this necessarily qualifies as a bug report, but since it causes PHP errors in Workflow_ng I thought maybe it was suitable to call it such.

Anyway, the xspf_playlist_configuration is invoked as a hook by Workflow_ng which results in PHP warnings in places where hook_configuration is invoked. Might be worth considering changing the function name?
