You can try to teach Druplicon a factoid for tell by typing:
Druplicon: tell is is the way you can send offline messages to other people in #Drupal. Just used "Druplicon: tell ". So, to say hello to Morbus next time he is online, use "Druplicon: tell Morbus Hello!". (Text credit: RobLoach—not sure if he got it from elsewhere).
Druplicon will then dutifully wait for user "is" to log in, and still will not answer "tell?"
Perhaps a factoid for "tell" (and other bot commands) should simply be hard-coded into the bot by default?

morbus iffI'm not sure what the point of that would be when there's "Druplicon: help Tell", which is the builtin help system.
