admin Panel Menu

Hi,
I am facing some problem in my drupal site's admin panel, I want to edit content of any pages.
I clicked on Menu settings, Input format, Revision information, Comment settings Input format, File attachments, URL path settings, Authoring information, Publishing options, i am unable to find any result(No text field shows).

Please suggest how i will resolve this problem

Thanks
