Get rid of Views function call in template

views_embed_view really ought to be used in a preprocess function providing a $gallery variable to the template layer, not just dumped in the tpl file! Bad me, naught me!

Note, to change the appearance of the $gallery variable you will need to modify the appropriate views templates. Please see the Views module documentation for assistance. (Installing Advanced Help makes it easier to browse and use the Views documentation - it's all provided within.)
