How non-registered user(anonymous user) apply for jobs....

Hi,

I use Job Search 6.X-1.X-dev module and try to create job portal..... in this only registered user applied job... but i want even non-registered user(anonymous user) also need to apply for jobs(i.e with registration)

This mean if non-registered user(anonymous user) click the apply for job link then the resume form come after they fill this(resume) form then the job is applied... pls any can help me...how to solve this problem
