Create D6 staging instance of association site at http://d6-association.drupal.org/

Neil has been working on upgrading the Drupal association website. He's made good progress. Now is the time to set-up a copy of the Drupal association db in a D6 instance for staging. I'll rally volunteers to get some others to help with the migration and testing. Please also copy the CiviCRM database into the instance so we can test upgrading to CiviCRM 2.1
