Add a link to the workspace with the edited content

Problem/Motivation

If you have content edited in a workspace then try to edit it in live or another workspace you get this message:

The content is being edited in the Workspace Testing workspace. As a result, your changes cannot be saved.

It would be great to have a link to edit that content in the correct workspace if the user has permission.
We also would want a way to alter or add to the message for WSE discard options.

Steps to reproduce

Create a new workspace
Edit a page and save it
Try to edit the page in the live workspace

Proposed resolution

Add a link to the workspace edit page.
