Problem/Motivation

CKSource has updated the CKEditor5 47.6 fork for Drupal with bug fixes and made a public copy of the fork.

This is to bump to the latest version on the fork for the Drupal core 10.6.x, 11.3.x, 11.4.x, and 11.x branches.

Please don't just bump to "the latest version on the fork". Ensure you pick a version that's based on a public release of the upstream repo. This is the only way to retain proper compatibility with derivative package builds like ckeditor5-markdown-gfm. See this related issue for details.
