Breakpoints don't work if you insert a responsive image with replacement pattern in a View

Problem/Motivation

If you insert a responsive image with a Replacement pattern like {{ field_my_image }} in a View, it seems like the breakpoints stop working.

Steps to reproduce

1. Install the "Responsive image" and "Breakpoint" modules, and set them up
2. Create a View with an image field, choose "Responsive image" under the "Formatter" option
3. Check the View page, and see that images scale down at the selected breakpoints
4. Edit the View, check "Exclude from display" to output the image in another field (like "Title") using a "Replacement pattern" like {{ field_my_image }} under the "Rewrite results > Override the output ..." option.
5. Check the View page, and see that breakpoints no longer work, and the fallback resolution is used.

Proposed resolution

Either add support for supporting breakpoints when inserting a responsive image with replacement pattern in a View.

Document it, maybe showing a tip under the "Formatter" option?

Replacement pattern usage under "Rewrite results" does not support breakpoints.
