Problem/Motivation

The CKEditor Read More module needs updates to work correctly with Drupal 11
and CKEditor 5.

The existing implementation primarily targets the legacy CKEditor integration
and does not provide a complete Drupal CKEditor 5 plugin configuration.

Proposed resolution

Update the module to support Drupal 10 and Drupal 11 with a CKEditor 5
integration while preserving the existing front-end Read More/Read Less
behavior.

Tested the MR locally on Drupal 11.4.6.

Testing performed:

* Enabled `ckeditor_rm` successfully on Drupal 11.
* Verified the CKEditor 5 plugin definition is discovered correctly.
* Added the Read more button to the CKEditor 5 toolbar.
* Created content using the Read more functionality.
* Verified the content saves and displays correctly.
* Verified Read more expands the hidden content.
* Verified Read less hides the content again.
* Edited and re-saved existing Read more content and confirmed the functionality still works.
* Reviewed the updated CSS/JS behavior.
* Ran `git diff --check` with no errors.

The proposed Drupal 11 / CKEditor 5 functionality is working as expected in my testing.
