ACT cards duplicate theme-rendered comment metadata and styling

Problem/Motivation

With Dripyard, ACT cards contain a second styled comment presentation. This duplicates author and date information and introduces conflicting backgrounds, excessive padding, and a malformed “New” badge.

Steps to reproduce

Using ACT with freelock_neonbyte, based on Dripyard, each comment displays ACT’s header above another author/date row inside the body.

The nested theme presentation also adds alternating backgrounds and padding. The theme’s “New” badge appears as a narrow vertical pill with letters wrapping onto separate lines.

These styles stack with ACT’s own card layout.

Proposed resolution

Each ACT comment should have one coherent presentation:

• One author/date header.
• Consistent new and unpublished indicators.
• No second comment background or redundant wrapper spacing.
• All configured comment content fields preserved.

Themes should still be able to customize ACT’s colors, typography, and spacing.

ACT suppresses some standard comment metadata, but Dripyard renders its author, date, and new indicator separately. Other themes with similar templates may also be affected.

Remaining tasks

Provide a default content-only comment template for comments rendered inside ACT cards. Themes must be able to override this template through Drupal’s normal template override system, without affecting comments rendered outside ACT.
