Inline replies disappear without visible submission confirmation

Problem/Motivation

After an anonymous user submits a reply, the form disappears without visible confirmation. Show a clear acknowledgment at the reply location, including whether the comment is awaiting moderation.

On a long discussion, an anonymous user submitted a test reply requiring approval. The inline form disappeared, but no status or confirmation was visible. An administrator later confirmed that the reply had been saved.

ACT appears to place submission feedback at the form’s original location, which can be outside the viewport when replying farther down the discussion.

What should happen?

Keep confirmation visible where the user submitted the reply. For comments requiring approval, explain that the submission was accepted and is awaiting moderation.

The user should not need to scroll elsewhere or submit again to determine whether the reply was received.

Observed on Freelock with the freelock_neonbyte theme, based on Dripyard, in a discussion with more than 200 comments.
