Optimize serialization of ViewUi and ViewsExecutable objects

Problem/Motivation

Follow-up of #2660338: Deprecate locale_get_plural

Both of those two objects contain service, plugin and request object references that result in their serialized version to be larger than necessary. Both are serialized and stored in tempstore in the views UI.

That specifically includes the TranslationManager, which now becomes an object which indirectly has the the database service injection.

For BC and workaround for this issue, TranslationManager itself now uses the DependencySerializationTrait, but it would be more efficient if those objects would add that and possibly some additional custom unserialize steps, such as the request.
